At this time, we are conducting a brief online survey to better help us prepare for the event. Please complete one survey per organization by clicking on “Survey” in the menu on left of the Landestreffen website. Please complete as much information as possible. You can return at anytime to update your information.   

          This is only a survey and you will be asked to complete an official registration form at a later date. If for some reason you cannot complete the online survey, you can download the form and mail it to us by clicking on “Forms” in the menu on the left of the Landestreffen website. 

           Please note that the hotel room information request on the survey is for our planning purposes only. You will be required to make your own reservations by contacting the hotels listed on the website. Please use the group code listed for each hotel when making your reservations. 

          As the Landestreffen is planned and additional information becomes available, we will forward the information to the contact listed on the survey and also update the website.
